Who we are

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers, managed through Google Firebase Authentication.
• Content you create — brand profiles (name, palette, tone, audience) and the stories, briefs and generated reels tied to your workspace.
• Usage and billing records — credit balance, credit transactions, and generation history needed to operate your account.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive only the payment confirmation, amount, and the email used at checkout.

What we do with it

We use your data solely to run the service: authenticate you, generate the reels you request, credit and debit your balance, and provide support. Reel generation uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Higgsfield); the content of your approved briefs is sent to them to produce your clips, voiceovers and scripts. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Application data is stored on Microsoft Azure (France Central region). Authentication is handled by Google Firebase. Generated media may be stored in cloud object storage until you delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time — email djioni@djionidev.com from your account address. Deleting your account removes your workspace, brands, reels, and remaining credit records.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for accounting obligations. Generated reels remain available in your account until you delete them or your account.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the new date above.
